Brian Rusten*
Mobile Finance Consultant

Brian is an MFAA Accredited Broker who has worked in senior banking and mortgage broking roles with the top four banks for sixteen years.

Keen to service his customers better, Brian broke out of the banking world, as he recognised there were often better products out there that he could recommmend to his customers than just the products of one bank.

With a passion for customer service and a love of discovering the needs of each individual customer, Brian brings his many years of banking and finance experience to Energise Home Loans. Having the inside knowledge of how lenders work and what they look for to approve a loan has often meant the difference in getting a customer's loan approved, even if they have had finance knocked back when approaching lenders directly.

Brian has experience in all types of lending, and is also a specialist in superannuation and family trust loans.

Rebecca Rusten
Business Development Manager 

Rebecca has a wealth of customer service experience, having worked in senior human resources and training roles for the industry leaders of customer service in retail (David Jones), and hospitality (Park Hyatt Sydney). Rebecca also has two decades of senior human resources experience, and is passionate about using this experience to assist her customers. With a background in psychology and management, Rebecca applies this passion to delivering a great experience for her customers.
