Hello and welcome to our Spring newsletter. We love this time of year as we really feel the buzz of the real estate market picking up. This is great news for many of our clients that have pre-approved finance in place, and just haven’t been able to find the right property while there has been less housing stock on the market over Winter.

In this edition, we explore the opportunity at hand for you right now while interest rates seem steady.
