Welcome to the Autumn edition of our newsletter, where March marks the start of the impending cooler weather. But don’t panic – we’re not quite at the stage of roaring fires and electric blankets just yet!

Summer is here at last!
Summer is here, the cicadas are chirping, and Christmas carols are merrily playing in the stores, along with glimpses of the big guy in the red suit. What a wonderful time of the year!
We are excited to have helped so many customers in 2016, and the year is not over yet! In fact, we have several customers eagerly on the property hunt as we speak, hoping to exchange contracts before Christmas. And one or two even hoping to buy a new car in the end of year sales too – we love our jobs!

Welcome to Winter!!
Winter is here, although if you’re like us, you may be asking where the cold weather has been in Sydney until last week! We were loving the unseasonably warm weather and had been out and about taking advantage of it as much as possible on the weekends until our Winter woollies were dragged out of the wardrobe reluctantly last week!
We’ve had another busy few months, and we’re especially loving the fact that we have been able to arrange the lowest interest rates in decades for any of our customers that have refinanced lately. Please feel very welcome to get in touch if you’re not one of them so far, we’re very confident that we would be able to assist you with a better deal too.
We were also excited to announce the winner of our Dazzling Dubai competition in the beginning of May.

Summer is here at last!!
Welcome to Summer on the beautiful Northern Beaches. This is our favourite time of the year. The sun is shining, the water is sparkling, and the Christmas season is in full swing. No wonder this is the busiest time of year for home purchases.
2015 has been a very busy year for Energise Home Loans. As well as the exciting business of helping our wonderful customers into new homes, cars, renovations and new business ventures, (while we’ve all enjoyed the lowest interest rates in decades!) we have also continued our financial support of the Humpty Dumpty Foundation through participation in the Balmoral Burn again in 2015.
And we’ve proudly recently announced the winner of our Spectacular Cruise in Alaska.
